Governors are being investigated by the state government's budget - Buhari

The chairman said this in a debate with the presidential candidates and their assistants, Daria Media and NTA, organized with MacArthur's support.
He said he was very pleased with the results he received in his campaign in Bauchi, Kogi and the other states he visited.
The president was asked if he declined whether he would accept the results of the election?
He said he had lost his election. "In 2003 I was not sentenced for 13 months in 2007 for a maximum of 18 years in court, and I was sentenced to eight months in the Supreme Court."
"It is a fourth time since the development of the electoral commission to end voting polls," he said.
The president was asked that some people were complaining about his health and that he was seeking to be re-elected for four years.
He replied that his campaign campaign was enough to satisfy anyone who had to deal with his health.
Buhari investigates local government funds
President Buhari said there were investigations in the case of governors who were raising local government funds.
The president said that local government leaders were forced to sign up funds that should come into their hands of pensioners but only 25 percent of them should be paid instead.

Fighting with corruption has become a drama - Evil
One lawyer, Suleiman Usman Jahun, asked President Buhari of the problem of the pupils.
He asked the president that "he could destroy the pupils' system in order to ensure good education and alerts, seeing that they can take a strong step and increase Nigerians as it increases oil prices?"
But the president said the student's statement was the problem of education at the first level, and only if local governments could solve their problems.
"This is an opportunity for local governments to raise their voice on their problems in order to meet their needs."
"Uncontrolled, it is difficult for the APC government to address the problem of education completely from local governments to the state," Buhari said.
He said there are currently ongoing investigations in some states where governors are raising funds from local governments.
He said there was a state that investigated that 25 local government leaders were given only 25 percent of the money from the federal government and the governor was getting rid of it.
President Buhari challenged journalists to disrupt the state's state of affairs and to impose funds on local governments.
"I want bankruptcy as state governors raise funds for local governments."
"It is the responsibility of journalists on the part of people to participate in the search engine for bankruptcy of such governors and local government leaders." He said.
I'm surfing the video
President Goodluck Jonathan, Buhari, has pointed out that the media has been reported to Governor Kano State Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for receiving US dollars.
The president said he did not know what type of device he used to control the video.
"Just think the governor of Kano laughs and gets money is amazing," he said.
But the president, who claims to fight corruption in Nigeria, said he was silent and said nothing about the video, and he was still in court.
Some nations and anti-corruption organizations in the country have long criticized the president for saying that the charges against the alleged allegations were made to the governor.
What to do with the money saved
President Buhari said there was a plan on how to budget the EFCC funds.
He said one bank account had been provided as a result of all the funding received.
"The funds will be used for development, especially for rice and railways, but spending the money will depend on budgets."
"If the council approves budget, all earnings will be used to save money," he said.
Can warfare and warfare change?
Buhari said the methods they followed took time to justify the allegations.
The leader was asked if there would be a new anti-corruption campaign contrary to the current system?
He replied that they were facing a major challenge especially from the judiciary.
It is necessary to follow the path of procurement from banks and companies to present them before the court as evidence.
"If not, there's nothing you can do," he said.
He was asked whether the challenges faced by him and his political opponents, he said, "are the responsibility of the government and the responsibility to comply with the corruption of the public."
"I will not seek to re-election in the fight against the economy and the fight against corruption, and I say I can not do it because I'm not cooperating in any way."
