Analysts believe that this debate can change many issues, especially changing voters' views on their choice, after hearing the plans of each candidate.
In this interview, the BBC examined the challenges ahead of all who would win the 2019 elections in Kano's chair, and investigate how they could cope with it.

Crowds of people
Many public affairs consultants in Kano State have said that public bribery and incidence in the state are among the major challenges the next governor will face.
Malam Kabiru Sa'idu, a senior commentator and a lecturer at the Kano State Publication School, told the BBC: "The number of people entering Kano has made life unpleasant.
"There are not enough streets, there are not enough schools, drinking water, electricity and not all the population," said Sufi.
However, he continues: "Anyone who will be a governor needs special care for emergency care - for the need to be more than just the strength below."
Education sector
Malam Kabiru Sa'idu Sufi said the education sector in Kaduna State continues to decline in particular at the level.
"Birth rates and cripples in state schools especially when pictures that have just been circulated on recent social networks have proven to be a source of psychological education.
"So everyone who becomes the next governor needs to make a state of emergency to deal with the situation.
"There is a need for more teachers, who do not train and increase schools and provide all the necessary tools," said Sufi.

Lack of adequate hospitals, adequate medical equipment and specialized medical professionals and nurses is one of the major challenges faced by the next governor, as Malam Sufi said.
He added: "It is therefore necessary for the next governor to take the necessary measures to reach the border."
Rural areas
Farming farms say the speakers, and most commonly known farmers are rural areas, so they need to cultivate agricultural, fertilizer, and agricultural techniques, said the scholar.
Economics
As it is known that the Nigerian economy is not in Kano, I do not face a major challenge, so Sufi believes there is a need for funding in their hands.
"There is no danger in the hands of farmers and entrepreneurs, and this is a major challenge to economic growth.
